A telecommunications provider for small to medium-sized businesses based in Akron, Ohio. I was hired to help shift the business from residential services to commercial services through brand development, product branding, and new marketing concepts.
Graphic Designer/Web Designer
• Created the Achieve brand, the flagship product, and carried the branding through tradeshow design, print magazine advertisements, website advertisements, folder designs, sales collateral, and training materials.
• Constructed new brand schematics for the entire company to follow utilizing the company’s logo. Established guidelines for utilization of the logo, and backgrounds and templates for use in Excel and PowerPoint documents.
• Produced email blasts for agent managers to use in contacting their agents. Each email was written and designed specifically for each manager for both on-net and off-net agents for their promotional advertising.
• Managed all of the promotional collateral for the company, including new folders, new and updated sales pieces, and brochures for leave behinds. Updated promotional materials daily.
• Developed a brand new website and updated it daily. This was not in my original job description, but my skill in website development and maintenance proved to be a valuable asset to the company.
